Early Bird Run • Helena.  In anticipation of International Migratory Bird Day, bring your running or walking shoes and join us for a 5 mile or 1.5 mile run/walk at the Helena Valley Regulating Reservoir on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Favorite bird costumes are encouraged! All participants will receive a collector's card with artwork from local artist Jane Beasley. Bib numbers and finisher ribbons will be one-of-a-kind keepsakes hand crafted by local students. Registration is $20 if you want an adult-sized t-shirt. If you do not want a shirt, entry fees are $15. Shirts in 2014 will feature Jane Beasley’s artwork. CPT Jeremiah Sipes Memorial Run •  Belgrade • CPT Jeremiah Sipes died January 1, 2011 while on a 10 mile run.  Our friends and family have come together to honor him by running this 9K race, the distance he had left to run that day. The 1 mile family fun run/walk is great for non-runners and families who would like to participate. Jeremiah was a Montana native who loved playing hockey and fly fishing.  He graduated and commissioned from Montana State University in 2004.  His last assignment was as squadron Intelligance officer in the 3rd BCT 82nd Airborne Division 5-73 Cavalry Regiment. He was loved by many, and an amazing son,brother, husband, father, uncle, friend, and paratrooper.
All proceeds will benefit Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation who's mission is to provide traumatically injured U.S. servicemen and women from Iraq and Afghanistan with a high quality restorative program, utilizing the therapeutic experience of fly fishing on Montana waters.
Strollers and dogs are welcome to participate in the 1 mile family fun run/walk. No dogs allowed on 9K course. Eureka Rendezvous Days, in conjunction with local Shape Up Montana groups, will be hosting its 2nd annual RENDEZVOUS RUN – 5k Fun Run/Walk at Indian Springs Golf Course in Eureka.  The race will start at 9:00 am. We are hoping for a great turnout from the Eureka community as well as the surrounding Flathead Valley area, and our visiting Canadian neighbors.  This event is a way for families and friends to participate in a fun, healthy community activity.  All proceeds from this event will be used to support the Eureka Schools Cross Country Team. Montana Made Run 5K/10K • Missoula, McCormick Park,
Come out to McCormick Park at 625 Cregg Lane in the heart of Missoula and participate in the 6th annual Montana Made Run on Saturday, April 26th 2014.
This race supports and features Montana Made Business and Products, with all proceeds going to the International Association of Firefighters Burn Foundation.
Your choice: 5K, 10K, and 5K Donut Challenge
Both the 5K and 10K are stroller and dog friendly, we just ask that the strollers and dogs line up at the rear of the pack and the dogs are on leashes.
Both distances start and finish at McCormick Park. The first 4+ kilometers of the 5K and 10K course are the same. Just after going under the railroad tracks near Hickory Street the two courses separate with the 10K continuing out into the River Road area and the 5K heading back to the finish. This event is open to those wishing to race as well as those wishing to walk. Awards are for both distances and will be given to top 3 overall as well as 1st place in each age division.  There are 6 age divisions.  Those who choose to participate in the Donut 5K challenge will be required at each mile mark to eat the number of donuts for which mile they are at.  That means 1 donut at mile 1, 2 donuts at mile 2, and 3 donuts at mile 3. Entry fee is $15 for the traditional 5K and 10K and $17 for the donut 5K challenge.  Entry includes a raffle ticket for great Montana Made products along with a meal ticket for the BBQ featuring Montana Kobe Beef Burgers.  Please see for all details.


2nd Annual Headwaters Kiwanis "Fund" Run/Walk  •  Three Forks. Join us to help raise money for a scholarship for a graduating senior at Three Forks High School who is also a member of the local Key Club.  Registration starts at 9am and race starts at 10am.  There will be a 5K walk or run and a 10K walk.  Pre-registration fee is $20, Day of Registration is $25, Youth 13-18 is $15 and kids 12 and under are free.  Request a form by emailing or download here:


2nd Annual Cougar Chase  • Clinton, – 5K & 1 mile run, Prizes, Raffles and More! Load up your friends and family, take a short drive east of Missoula, and join us at Clinton School for the 2nd Annual Cougar Chase a 5K and 1 mile family fun run/walk! Cost (Includes T-shirt): Registration by April 4th = $20 per person, Late Registration = $25 per person, Race Day Registration = $30 per person, Clinton Students are FREE! Race day registration and check will open at 8:00 AM. The 5K race will begin at 9:00 followed by the 1 mile fun run at 9:30. Prizes will be awarded for the top male and female finishers. Bust-A-Gut 5k • Missoula.  Fun run begins at the UM Campus Oval and includes exercise stations along the way!  Registration begins at 9 am and the race begins at 10 am.  Prizes to top finishers and raffle!  Post-run awards ceremony at the Press Box, where pizza and beer specials will be available.  Limited number of people receive a free slice of pizza and domestic draft or soda.  Registration: $20.  Cash or check paid on race day.  Checks payable to: UM Foundation.  Funds raised go to UM Physical Therapy student scholarships.  Pre-register at:
